    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Jan. 2-7. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Jan. 2

    Nicholas T. Ripley, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

    Shayla Belote, 37, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.

    Jan. 3

    Brady Irish, 21, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford.

    Jan. 4

    Timothy St. Thomas, 61, of Belfast, was arrested for assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and criminal mischief on River Avenue.

    Jan. 6

    Nathan J. Lord, 21, of Liberty, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Belmont Avenue.

    Athena R. Tozier, 38, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
