    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 1-10. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Oct. 1

    Donna S. Whalen, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Route 7, stemming from an incident Sept. 27.

    Oct. 3

    Christopher A. Merry, 24, of Swanville, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Smart Road.

    Oct. 4

    James D. Francis, 32, was issued a summons for littering at Belfast City Park.

    Oct. 8

    Paul T. Johnson, 34, of Morrill, was arrested for operating under the influence on Shepherd Road.

    Albert C. Curtis, 29, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Front Street.

    Michael Meteer, 35, of Portland, was arrested for burglary, terrorizing, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Ryan Road.

    Oct. 9

    Justin B. Boyle, 25, of Northport, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Main Street.
