    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity June 6-12. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    May 26 (late entry)

    Ryan M. Derby, 22, of Thorndike, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and operating after suspension on Route 1.

    June 6

    Lacey V. Lawrence, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Main Street.

    June 7

    Danny Soucy, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for unpaid fines (two charges).

    June 8

    Ann Scott, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for misuse of a public benefits instrument on Lincolnville Avenue, stemming from an incident May 26.

    June 9

    Cheri L. Givens, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage accident on Starrett Drive.

    June 12

    Gregory T. Nolan, 42, of Northport, was issued a summons for theft at Hannaford.
