    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Oct. 13-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Sept. 9 (late entry)

    Amy S. Craig, 42, of Waterville, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Miller Street, stemming from an incident Aug. 29. 

    Sept. 26

    Jaime L. Hartman, 39, of Hudson, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1. 

    Oct. 13

    Laurie Ann Todd, 47, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Pitcher Road. 

    Oct. 16

    Duncan G. Kithinji, 45, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a protection order on Market Street. 

    Valmond N. Beaudry, 80, of Chelsea, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Route 1. 

    Oct. 18

    David Hackett Fischer, 80, of Wayland, Mass., was issued a summons for speeding 58 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Ave. 

    Gerald R. Spaulding, 69, of Freedom, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1, stemming from an incident Sept. 6. 

    Oct. 19

    Timothy C. Sweetland, 40, of Belfast, was issued  a summons for operating under the influence on Achorn Road.

    Oct. 20

    Amiee E. Twigg, 35, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Athens Way. 

    Katherine M. Manchester, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at Hannaford, and two charges of unpaid fines.
