Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity June 15-25. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    June 15

    James D. St. Pierce Jr., 26, of Waldo, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and use of drug paraphernalia on West Waldo Avenue.

    Seth M. Roberts, 22, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure of a left turning vehicle to yield right of way on Main Street. 

    June 18

    Joshua F. Neal, 32, of was arrested for aggravated assault at Bowen’s Tavern. 

    June 19

    Tyson Marr, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Marsh Road.

     June 20

    Anthony J. Luce, 38, of Belfast, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3. 

    Alwynne M. Blake, 58, of Northport, was arrested for operating under the influence on Airport Road.

    June 21

    Hailey M. Littlefield, 19, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone on Swan Lake Avenue.

    June 23

    Brendan J. McKeen, 18, of Searsport, was issued summonses for failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to ride on motorcycle seat on Waldo Avenue.

    A Belfast minor was issued summonses for exceeding the speed limit by 30-plus mph and driving to endanger on Route 3. 

    June 25

    Amy L. Tice, 44, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 74 mph in a 45 mph zone on Poors Mills Road.
