Operating under the influence, speeding

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity May 15-19. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 15

    Rita A. Emmerton-Roberts, 53, of Waldo, was issued a summons for operating with a passenger consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle on a public way on Marsh Road.

    Mary E. Norwood, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Wards Way.

    Paul F. Frisco, 60, of Swanville, was issued a summons for speeding 53 mph in a 35 mph zone on Searsport Avenue. 

    Raymond J. Gibson, 56, of Belfast, was issued a summons for imprudent speed. 

    May 16

    Jeffrey A. Mosher, 41, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street. 

    Steven G. Lamperta, 44, of Jackson, was issued summonses for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to produce a registration certificate on Route 1.

    Jennifer Steingass, 32, of Troy, was issued summonses for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and an inspection sticker violation on Church Street. 

    Robert T. Patterson, 25, of Northport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Belmont Avenue.
