    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 18 - Feb. 1.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Jan. 18

    Nicholas Dyer, 39, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for unlawful use of a motor vehicle and operating after suspension on High Street. 

    Jan. 22

    Jessey Mossey, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive. 

    Katelin Ellsworth, 32, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.

    Melissa M. Melton, 32, of Swanville, was arrested for possession of scheduled drugs and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.

    Jan. 24

    Phyllip Stevens, 33, of Prospect, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Rebecca G. Phifer, 34, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on High Street. 

    Jan. 25

    Shane Thiodeau, 53, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

    Jan. 26

    Dakota A. Moody, 23, of Frankfort, was arrested for violating bail. 

    Jan. 28

    Noah Kimball, 36, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Swan Lake Ave.
