Belfast Police beat: OUIs and domestic violence

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity March 13-20. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    March 5 (late entry)

    Brandi J. Littlefield, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for stealing drugs, stemming from an incident Feb. 27.

    March 10 (late entry)

    Scott A. Hall, 27, of Montville, was issued a summons for driving to endanger and terrorizing on Northport Avenue. 

    March 13

    Charles W. Bickford, 61, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.

    William J. Molina, 42, of Searsport, was issued a summons for failure to provide proof of insurance on Searsport Avenue.

    Paul A. Nizio, 70, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle (150+ days) on Route 1.

    March 14

    Michael A. Ripley, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence, driving to endanger, failure to stop for an officer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Lincolnville Avenue. 

    March 15

    Keagan Poole, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence and domestic violence criminal threatening on Church Street.

    March 17

    Michael D. Moody Jr., 21, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Searsport Avenue.

    Alicia Dunn, 48, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on Swan Lake Avenue. 

    Justin O’Donnell, 38, of Frankfort, was arrested for operating under the influence and operating beyond license restriction. 

    March 19

    Shawn A. Adams, 37, of Belfast, was arrested for violating bail conditions and trafficking in hypodermic apparatus.
