Belfast Police beat: Inspection sticker violations, OUI, driving to endanger, texting while driving

    BELFAST — The Belfast Police Department reported the following activity Feb. 27 - March 14. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Jan. 29 (late entry)

    Christopher S. Harris, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for negotiating a worthless instrument, stemming from an incident at City Hall Nov. 30.

    Feb. 27 

    Jonathan Crowe, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for endangering the welfare of a child, operating under the influence, driving to endanger and texting while operating on Route 1.

    Feb. 28 

    Latisha L. Cook, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for harassment on Cardinal Circle.

    March 4

    Randy S. Fairbrother, 37, of Prospect, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Starrett Drive.

    Nathaniel T. Hall, 37, of Belfast, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

    Kayla A. Noble, 21, of Belmont, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.

    Derrick C. Patten, 32, of Northport, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Swan Lake Avenue.

    March 5

    Troy E. Bryant, 42, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating with expired registration(30-150 days) on Waldo Avenue.

    March 7

    Heather L. Frey, 38, of Swanville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation and failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 1.

    Diane Blood, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for assault on Chickadee Circle.

    Kenneth W. Cox, 48, of Searsmont, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Route 3.

    Charles Baird, 66, of South Portland, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

    Leigh Dorsey, 32, of Swanville, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Lincolnville Avenue.

    March 9

    Holger G. Bell, 55, of Bangor, was issued summonses for an inspection sticker violation on Belmont Avenue.

    March 10

    Abrina Bishop, 34, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Front Street.

    March 15

    Kathleen L. Blank, 65, of Brooksville, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Route 1.
