Belfast District Court closed cases

    BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Belfast District Court Jan. 22-28. 

    Theodore Drummond, 76, of Searsmont, negotiating a worthless instrument in Searsmont Oct. 23, 1987, dismissed.

    Matthew E. Golembesky, 45, of Prospect, operating under the influence in Prospect Sept. 14, 2014, dismissed; operating under the influence in Frankfort Aug. 4, 2014, 10 days in jail, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.

    Kelly C. Hynd, 46, of Cushing, domestic violence assault in Searsmont Sept. 25, 2014, dismissed; violating condition of release in Searsmont Sept. 25, 2014, 15 days in jail; domestic violence terrorizing in Searsmont Sept. 25, 2014, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Searsmont Sept. 25, 2014, 15 days in jail.

    Jennifer Longworth, 34, of Newburyport, Mass., violating condition of release in Monroe July 25, 2014, seven days in jail; operating under the influence in Monroe July 25, 2014, dismissed; driving to endanger in Monroe July 25, 2014, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine.

    Ryan E. Murphy, 35, of Hancock, operating while license suspended or revoked in Lincolnville March 4, 2014, dismissed.

    Donald W. Osthoff, 23, of Stockton Springs, driving to endanger in Belfast Aug. 24, 2014, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast Aug. 24, 2014, dismissed.

    Robert W. Wright, 56, of Winterport, driving to endanger in Prospect July 28, 2013, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Prospect July 28, 2013, dismissed.
