14th Annual SDHS Alumni Hamilton Marine Open a success

SEARSPORT — The 14th Annual Searsport District High School Alumni Hamilton Marine Open, to benefit scholarships for graduating seniors at SDHS was played Saturday, Sept. 9 at the Searsport Pines Golf Course.

60 golfers enjoyed this great golf outing sponsored by Hamilton Marine of Searsport, according to a press release.

All of the more than $10,000 raised will be distributed as scholarships to graduating SDHS seniors, the release stated. The organization has awarded more than $90,000 throughout the years. 

Following are the winners:

First Place Gross: Searsport Pines Team: Mike Prisco, Kent Clark, Otis Kneeland, Greg Ireland

First Place Net: Team Clark: Howard Clark, Katherine Clark, Nat Choate, LaRay Hamilton

Second Place Gross: Rollie’s Team: Keith Ashey, Mike Gale, Roger Ramsey, Josh Ramsey

Second Place Net: Team Tozier’s Sr.: Dale Tozier Sr., Larry Clark, Wayne Atherton, Kevin Potter
