On Tuesday, March 10 at 6:30pm at the Belfast Free Library, author and photographer Mary Quinn Doyle, of West Newfield, Maine, will give a free presentation about her “Unique Maine Farms” book and educational outreach project, a volunteer project she began nearly three years ago to promote Maine's agricultural pursuits. She traveled throughout the state visiting over 200 farms and in September 2014, the 296-page book was released, printed in Maine on Maine produced paper. Books will be available for purchase at this program.
