Balloons Blow- don’t let them go is a great non-profit dedicated to educating about the destructive powers of cheerful balloons.  Balloons kill wildlife, pollute the Earth and waste helium.  There are plenty of natural ways to celebrate including blowing bubbles, lighting candles, ribbon streamers and holiday themed bunting.  Even if you aren’t super crafty making decorations with your family is fun and you can pack the decorations away until next year.
